Good list! There have been a few of these circulating lately about overhyped "health" products and foods and some of the lists are really ill-informed and actually overhyped lists themselves.
ReplyDeleteFor example, a terrible one that left me fuming the other day was claiming bananas were not really such a healthy fruit...baloney! yes, they are one of the more calorie dense fruits out there but that has nothing to do with their overall awesome nutrition benefits.

DeleteI know what you mean about dissing bananas. Another one that irks me is people saying not to eat carrots. As if anyone ever got fat eating carrots, or bananas!
