Exceptional veggie burger
This lentil-and-vegetable burger from World Food Bar at Findlay Market made a good supper for us the other night. It's fully cooked, and just needs a quick saute (or grilling) on medium-high heat with a little oil. The higher heat gives it some crust. Then reduce the temperature and cover it for a few more minutes to heat all the way through. We had them on whole wheat buns with fresh tomatoes, and a side of locally grown green beans with homemade pesto.
My day job is college professor -- of mass communication and journalism, at the University of Cincinnati. I've probably got a few more years to go, and it's a good gig. Love to travel, cook, dine out, and work out.
