  1. Healthy eating may help keep our eyes healthy that's why I eat lots of leafy green vegetables, tomatoes, citrus fruits, poultry, diary products and foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids. These types of food can really help improve and maintain good eye health. Anyway, thanks for the post.
